Currently 40 routes and still heavy development of new routes with many levels of difficuty. Mostly sport routes, only a handful of mixed and trad routes. The Marvel sector has many routes suiteable for beginners and children, and has been developed espesically for this purpose.
Approach notes
From Kongsberg: Follow road 40 towards Larvik. Take left after the sawmill following the road to Bjerknes (Hvambsida). After 2,7 km turn left onto the toll road (60kr).
From Larvik: From E18 Holmestrand/Larvik follow road 40. 21,4 km after Hvittingfoss take right to Bjerknes (Hvambsida) just before the bridge over Lågen. After 6,7 km turn right onto the toll road (60kr).
Keep left on gravel road for 3km, park in the road-side pocket.
Cross the stream and take immediately right along the forestry dirt track. The paths to the crag is marked by two small cairns along the path, first to Power Rock sector, the last to Michelin Woman.
Access Advice
Predator birds may be nesting in the area, mostly falcons but eagles have been spotted. Do not disturb birds if they are nesting on the cliff, i.e. no climbing.
The road is used for lumber transport during the late winter and early spring. Park well out of the way so the forestry vehicles are able to pass. If lumber is stacked on the road-side pocket closest to the crag, do not park there. Follow the road further up and park at "Nessetra".
