Crag features
Aurekulpen is a collection of 5 walls with climbing for everyone. The easiest and shortest routes can be found at Lortfallet and Marvel wall. Longer routes can be found on the Michelin woman and the power rock wall. The walls dry up quickly and all routes can be reached from the top to easily attach top ropes.
Approach notes
What you take with you to the crag must be brought back. Relatively large parking lot with space for about 10 cars. From there, an old tractor path leads into the wall. Takes about 5 min.
Directions: From the E134 Kongsberg/Drammen follow the signs for Larvik, Fv40. Turn left towards Bjerknes after the sawmill and just before the road crosses Lågen. Follow the road for 2.7 km, then turn off onto a dirt road with a barrier on the left after the big red barn. Pay NOK 60 at the barrier and keep left up the dirt road until you see a large parking pocket on the left after 3km.
From E18 Holmestrand/Larvik follow signs for Hvittingfoss/Kongsberg, Fv40. From Hvittingfoss follow the road for 21.4 km and turn right towards Bjerknes just before the road crosses Lågen. Follow the road for 6.7 km, then turn right onto a gravel road with a barrier. Pay NOK 60 at the barrier and keep left up the dirt road until you see a large parking pocket on the left after 3km
