Crag features
Relatively worthless quarry in the vicinity of Tirpentwys and Gilwern. However, there is one north facing wall that is perfect if it is too hot to climb in the sun at nearby crags. Does need hot dry weather. No point going if humidity is high.
Approach notes
Park outside Abersychan fire station. Walk up the track opposite. At its end the quarry is in front of you. Turn left and after a few metres is a vegetated wall, follow the right side of this into the corner of the quarry
