Beautifully situated crag, just to the north of Voss. The crag has been developed by locals and includes a mix of family friendly sport climbing, trad climbing and harder routes.
The crag suffers quite a bit of runoff during the spring as snow melts so is often quite gritty and dirty, be a good soul and don't be afraid to give a little brush here and there if needed. The crag is south facing so gets sun and dries relatively quickly.
Routes are equipped with anchors, be considerate and don't top-rope directly through these. It is easy to climb to the top to rig top-ropes if needed.
Parking is at the base of the crag and is found on google maps. Park considerately.
There is a fire pit and benches.
Sheep and goats graze in the field next to the crag, goats like climbing and chewing things so watch out for your rope. Beware of ticks.
A picture topo is available here (Norwegian).
Park at the parking for Staup klatrefelt then walk 2 minutes up to the crag.
