Mid-pull on first lead of An Otter He Can’t Refuse on Jura with a cracking view © Helen Topliss
A collection of Quartzite walls, slabs, and boulders distributed around the coastline below Cnoc na Moine Hill, near Lagg on the Isle of Jura. Just South of the Camus Wall Crag. The majority of the routes are around 20ft in height, and offer some great solid climbing, with a mixture of slab and steep routes. Some potential routes have friable holds, but the majority of the routes described are solid and positive. Plenty more ground to be developed here, with a myriad of blocks/boulders to play on, and a few more trad height walls still to be explored!
Parking at the layby 1km south of the Lagg settlement, head South East across the boggy moor. There is a quickly dissapearing 4x4 track that is a good marker to follow. Refer to the map/images linked to the crag for more info.
