Crag features
Massive boulder close to the road and only a short drive from Inverness. Rumoured to match the size and scale of the near by monster.
Landings are good but it's worth taking more than one pad for the higher problems.

Approach notes
Park in the layby just south of The Clansman Hotel, AA box. From the layby walk along the verge towards the hotel. Cross the main road and head up the steep newly surfaced road as for the Loch Ness Lodges, not the gradual one on the left. Continue towards the first house on the right side of the road "Lochview". Just before the gravel driveway turn sharp right up the grass ramp that leads into the forest. After 30m the Heart boulder is visible on your left.
Fom the back of the heart boulder you can catch a glimpse of the bigger boulder when looking uphill into the trees, leave the path and head steeply through the forest to reach it.
