Useful as a bivi site for Aiguilles Rouges Traverse or some of the easier peaks to the North West. Holds a few short fun routes to kill time in an evening.
Take the path from the Aiguilles Rouges hut towards Pointe Darbonneire. When you reach a lake at 3000m cross a stream then continue up the steep scree to the left. Follow this hill all the way to a large Boulder below a rock face.
