A group of limestone boulders to the west of the small town of Vils. Set in a hollow in a forest; very shady anad stays damp long after rain. Best in summer after a long dry spell! A bit of brushing may be needed. Generally good landings but some problems are a bit 'high'!
From Vils take Fallweg (if approaching from Fussen fork left onto this road) up under the quarry cableway to a large parking area: Parkplatz Vilseralm. Park here!
Take the track up towards Vilseralm passing a sign for 'Fussner Jochl, Gran'. After about ten minutes walking the track bends sharply left. c.30m after the bend take a faint path down to the right to the visible boulders.
