Multipitch climbs with abseil descent facing Gran Paradiso

Approaching
Before the car park at Pont, take the narrow road on the right (Nivolet road) and go 200 metres up the road. Park before the hairpin bend on the right. From the hairpin bend find the path that goes up to the left in the woods. Near the last larches leave the path and follow the little cairns towards Nivolet waterfall. Go past a boulder on the left in the direction of the highest wall of the area, which has roofs and black flows at the top; once you have reached the meadows under the wall follow the cairns and keep slightly to the right of the large black roofs.
