Example of rock typical of Beinn nan Gabhar © genuinemerchandise
Scattering of granite outcrops with a lot of potential. Similar rock quality to Kintra and Fionnphort but few if any freestanding boulders. Potential for a few short trad routes/highballs too. Problems added so far were climbed 09/12/2024. They were the most obvious lines that didn't need any cleaning and are assumed to be FAs. However, would not be surprised if they've been climbed before as the crags are very visible on the road down to Fionnphort and easily accessible.
Park at the gate down to the Camas center. Walk along the track for 10-15 mins or so to reach the crag, Beinn nan Gabhar on the left (towards the sea) and a good isolated block on the right hand side. Bring your wellies as the path is a wee bit boggy and it's very very boggy in places around the crag itself.
