Barskoon Valley has a few waterfalls that reliably freeze in winter. There is accommodation available in nearby Tamga village. A detailed English guidebook can be found at alatau.guide/barskoon-guide. Some more details, ascent notes and a map can be found at guidebook author's blog (in Russian).
For Chasha Manasa, Boroda Aksakala, and Barskoon, park next to the Gagarin monument, walk through the stile, and follow the Gagarin trail until it meets the frozen stream. You'll need to follow the stream for a bit for the latter two. Check the map for the coordinates (for Boroda, the coordinates provided are for the gearing-up spot). Barskoon can also be climbed after topping out from Boroda Aksakala. For others, see the guide above.
The approach takes less than 15 minutes from the road to the river for Chasha Manasa and Boroda Aksakala, and about 50 minutes for Barskoon. The others require more of an expedition mindset.
