The Ontario Bouldering: Niagara Glen guidebook is available to purchase at the nature centre (currently about $60/£30). A free PDF guide also exists (http://www.topout.org/static/pdf/NiagaraGlen.pdf) but is now pretty out of date, with some considerable changes having been made to route names and grades since it was last updated.
