Predominantly north-west facing walls make for a nice alternative to the more popular Portuguese crags during the height of summer. The Sousa river gorge running below the crag is a beautiful setting, and also adds to the adventure climbing feel of the crag.
Take the turn off the N319-2 sign-posted "Senhora do Salto". A parking area is available halfway down the steep road in, or at the base of the valley at the roundabout just over the river.
For Capela sector, take the road from the roundabout heading west, with the river on your lefthand side, and the crag will appear on your right after a short walk. For all other sectors head south from the roundabout, with the river on your right.
