Ox stones at Sunset © goli
The Ox Stones are a very minor venue but the largest one does have one good wall. It makes a good short evening venue or somewhere to stop off on a walk. The landings are good.
Park at the wide lay-by on the Ringinglow to Burbage road, just before the cattle grid on a bend. A rough path leads over a stile on the other side of the road across the moor. After only a very short distance the largest stone becomes visible on the left.
