Crag features
Geneva's local crag (in France). Said to be one of the birthplaces of rock climbing (which the locals then called "Varappes"), it is home to multi-pitch, single pitch, sport, trad and bouldering.
Climbing:
"Le Topo d'Escalade du Saleve" (2022) is the most recent guidebook.
"Le Coin" is the most popular area and situated above the bouldering area of the same name. It has most of the longest unbroken faces and is home to many single and multi pitch classics ('Fil ou Face', ' 3 Tonnes de TNT', 'Le Grand Diedre', 'Le 7e Ciel'...). The areas to the left are more vegetated and home to some historic adventures linking hiking, scrambling and climbing ('La Nationale', 'La Jaune').

Multiple sectors making up 300ish boulders close to Geneva. Le Coin is the largest and most concentrated with multiple pads often stashed under boulders as well as a large orange gym mat that is usually left at boulder 15.

Approach notes
Easily accessible by car and walking up the path to the right at the tap. Also accessible by taking the line M bus (Mon-Sat) to Collonges-Sous-Saleve, Bourg d'en Haut and walking around 20 mins from there.
No Access Issues
Rockfall is common. In 2021 all climbing was banned in the territory of Collonges because of a major rockfall. The ban was subsequently lifted but worth checking local websites (FFME).
