Rocktype Sandstone (hard)
Altitude 200m a.s.l
Faces NW
Group of small outcrops and boulders on the hillside with the main quality and hard routes based around Bob's Cave. Some lines are highball and the rock quality varies but most problems are on solid rock.
From Alnwick take the B6341 to Rothley and park in a gateway on the left just after turn off for Edlingham, clearly signed Edlingham Crags by Forestry England. Boulders are no longer obvious on the hillside but rather hidden by the trees. The Warm Up Boulder is situated directly up hill of the parking gateway and accessed via vague paths through the undergrowth.
