Crag features

It’s not completely over grown and some of the routes if cleared could definitely be interesting. Sun early afternoon for January. Though it was a clear day, the main face had weeping.

Approach notes

Park on Alt Hill Lane near fare bottom farm, then walk along the cycle path towards the quarry and “cracking racking” storage solutions. As the path veers left over the bridge the crag is on the right.

I visited this crag recently and was told by the chap who lives in the cottage down the track on the approach that it is private land and access is forbidden. He also said its rubbish quality rock and very dangerous...I think he was implying loose. I wouldnt argue with him...he has 2 massive aerials on his house and a very gucci looking cctv 2 fiesty looking billy goats and what sounded like a large guard dog! He was very nice about encouraging me to leave tho. Bit worrying that this crag is mentioned by the BMC in the newly published Over The Moors guidebook.
