Crag features

A large and impressive crag towering above the orange groves. About 15 routes are fully bolted so far (Jan 2018) but there is scope for much more and development is ongoing.

Faces SE and during winter will stay in the sun until around 4pm. There are a few trees / bushes at the base of the crag, so shade is available.

Local tourist information in either Pego or Adsubia have a free guide to this and the Pego crags.

Approach notes

From Pego follow the CV-700 towards Adsubia. Drive through this small village, staying on the CV-700 for just over 1km then turn right onto the CV-717 at the signpost for Forna. Follow this road for about 200m to a layby / parking area on the left (note, there is further parking available immediately after crossing the river and 50m from the CV-700

From the parking area follow a surfaced track uphill, passing a few small buildings on the edge of the orange grove. When you reach the end of the concrete go straight on (a left hand path by a pedestal also goes to the crag) Look out for cairns and a water channel, turn left at the water channel and walk along it for ~10m, before leaving it on the right onto a good path trending up & leftwards toward the rocky skyline.

Approach time approximately 15 minutes

No Access Issues
