From the car park in Alins walk across the road and over the river via the bridge. Turn left before the entrance of the campsite to follow a small stream. After 200m you will reach the start of the VF.
The route is graded K3 in the local system and has a short K5 (overhang) section that is optional. Whole route takes about 3 hours and the walk off 30 minutes. The route is very well equipped and signposted with a number of escape routes if needed. Very suitable for beginners.
