Approach notes
The road from the north is better and shorter than that from the south; and is being improved year-on-year. The flag is at the best parking spot. The hairpin just south of the flag is impassable for a hire car going uphill or downhill. The road from the south has deteriorated (10/2/25) and is a car-wrecker from below Owl Crag.
