Avegno is a 15 minute drive north of Locarno. It has several different sectors with a wide variety of styles and climbs in all grades. All boulders are easily accessible and are roadside or in forest-park like surroundings.
Approach notes
Drive north from Locarno and park in Avengno. The first boulders are a short walk from the main road.Avengo is a short bus ride from Locarno. The stop is called Avengo di Fuori, from where it is a short walk to the climbing.
