An incredible location consisting of islands, stacks, fins and almost a totem pole. Very loose at the top in most areas, but excellent up to two thirds height. Very adventurous feel in an idyllic location.
The islands are also called Merope Rocks.
Watch out for big seas.
From the national trust car park head back away from the head land and take the lifeboat station road. Then the path that leads to the viewing bench. From there go down the promontory and have a wonderful adventure.
No official bird ban, but definitely avoid the nesting season out of kindness.
