Crag features

Legend has it that the giant Bedruthan dropped the sea stacks as stepping stones to make it easy to across the bay. It's a hugely popular tourist spot. Impressive sea stacks in an idyllic location. The rock is very unstable in general, being very loose shale, but there are some areas that are relatively safe, giving adventurous climbing with an amazing atmosphere.

Approach notes

The main foot steps down on the South end suffered a rockfall in 2019 so it is closed to the public. There is a path down at the North end of the beach. Pay and display car parks on the cliff top at either end.
