Crag features
An Garbh Coire is the collective name for the two large corries of Garbh Choire Mor and Garbh Choire Dhaidh. This can be a serious place to climb owing to the length and difficulty of the approach, the nature of the rock and the potentially massive cornices. As the Cairngorm guidebook points out 'even the locals don't go here in bad weather'. However, in the right conditions it can be a marvellous place to climb.
