Rockfax Description
80m. An airy line up the steep wall left of January Jigsaw, also crossing Agag's. Not quite as clean as its illustrious neighbours. Start beneath an obvious chimney forming the left side of the huge detached flake at the base of the wall.
1) 4a, 30m. Climb the chimney and steep straightforward rock to an obvious flake. Traverse left for 6m, then go up and right to belay above the start.
3) 4b, 20m. Climb up for 6m on small holds, aiming slightly left, then traverse horizontally right for 12m. This bold and delicate traverse ends in Agag's some 12m below the nose.
3) 4b, 10m. Follow Agag's for 5m, break out right up a shallow scoop and go up to a small stance with a metal spike below an overhanging crack. Either belay or continue up the strenuous crux.
4) 4c, 20m. Climb the crack and continue more easily to the ridge. © Rockfax
