Start slightly left as you would for the stand. Start on the low ramp, work your feet up to the two pockets, then a high step to a sloper and then top. Originally done whilst eating a scotch egg. No hands, head, elbows, shoulders or knees aloud. Scotch eggs are an optional extra.
