A clean and compact crag that hardly anyone has ever visited. Recent developments have created some good little routes that deserve attention.
The crag needs a couple of days of dry weather to be in the best condition. Any time of year is good for a visit from a cold, crisp day in January to a midsummer's evening. It is sheltered and a fine west-facing sun-trap.
It's still a great crag, clean and dry quickly after rain. The crag is well shrouded from the rail line and is far enough away that you are not, as the description says "next to" a railway line. Frank the Husky - 29/Oct/22 |

What a great little crag, a bit overgrown but great moves. Will be back with a rope. Somerset swede basher - 26/Jul/16 |

I particularly enjoyed the sinister ringing of the railway line moments before a train comes rumbling past at close quarters! Col Allott - 10/Aug/12 |

A truly awesome crag that deserves more attention. Get the approach right and you'll have a great day. A winter suntrap with views from the top that could almost rival Scafell. Frank the Husky - 09/Aug/12 |
