βeta: Climbed a day after a big northerly storm, which had filled in cracks with fresh snow and ice so it needed a bit of digging to find the gear and hooks. Climbing condition were notably harder than 10 days ago wen we did the Message just to the left. Excellent climb, sustained, well protected with technical climbing facilitated by hooks, torques, chimneying, and a few placements in adequate neve. Really enjoyed the top pitch. | βeta? | |
