UKC

10m. I's become popular to climb the route placing gear in the left-hand crack above the overlap giving it a decent E2 feel. Some rockfall has also made it easier to start.
Originally E3 5c.

βeta: 09/2020: Route got properly cleaned; Loose blocks trundled down, cracks excavated, topout got scrubbed, bushes and trees cut back, chiseled holds on the arete brushed. Solid rock, good line and quite safe now. E2 5b/5c probably more realistic than the original grading - for example when compared to Gobi Roof and the usual suspect E1s further right.
