Just below the summit of Crimpiau on the north face. Catching the sun only at very early morning and late evening yet relitavly quick drying.
From the end of the road continue up the vally passing the Mynydd Climbing Club Hut and on to a narrow path. Cross the stream as it bears left and head up the hill towards a stile. Continue until you reach the col between Craig Wen and Crimpiau and then turn left over a stile. Follow the path heading towards Crimpiauuntil you reach a wide gully below the summit. Descend this and the main crag soon appears on the right hand wall.
