From Celliac village (1620m), access is via Val de le Cristillian, which extends north east initially from the villlage before orienting in a SE direction. Ski or snow shoe up the track for about 7 km, untill you cross the bridge at Bergerie du Bois Noir (2055). The route should be visible 1km south west of the bridge at an altidue of 2250m. It takes a drainage line from a large snowy bowl above. With this altitude and abundant draininage, ice in abundance forms quickly. Beware the avalanche risk! The climbing is moderate in standard, with screw belays. Rappell the route to descend, off abolocovs.
