From the belay shared by Real live wire, Psychokiller etc. Ascend the overhanging section into the niche then move rightwards to finish.
It is possible to use the very (very) old bolt ladder to the Left of Wring the Changes with wires over the old studs, the change to Psyhcokillers bolts (friend 4 in the bore hole and a friend #2 below the triangle niche) and a wire or 2 in Real live wire to get to the belay.
