Climbing the brilliantly named The Balance, on the huge granite boulder Clach Dhruim a Charn © Callum_Johnson
Really, really huge.

The boulder is easily spotted (when not in Summer) on a small hill above a field to your left when driving into Corrie from the South.
Any search for an easy path there will be in vain. Stick to the left side of the below field next to the stream before fighting through the bushes.

Ticks and midges galore. Not worth visiting once the bracken starts coming up. Would probably still need some gardening and a good clean before any climbing. iamstebarker - 28/May/23 |

I disagree with Jack. The climbing is limited for its size, yes. But The Snare and its sit start are great problems-- much better than anything on Clach an Fhion certainly. RobbieAllerhand - 22/Feb/23 |

Don't bother with this in the summer. It's overgrown and for such a huge boulder the climbing is crap. Go to Clach an Fhion or the Roof Boulder instead JackBooth - 03/Aug/21 |
