Super fun straverse over water only possible at low enough tide but safer with higher tide so mid to almost high tide is optimal. Not directly in the cave or wall beside bouldering cave but on the rock that is walked to the right of over the rocky beach to reach the cave. Find the start of the traverse by walking onto the grassy top and scrambling down the easy obvious series of ledges down to a larger flat ledge area. The route itself is an easy shuffle along horizontal foot and hand cracks to a ledge that can be stood on. Then follow the cracks to a cool move grabbing the side of the roof and pulling round it and using easy holds to go up from there.
