A classic winter outing. If the chimney is devoid of ice it can be skirted to the right
1) 3, 50m. Climb the long slanting gully and belay at the base of the chimney/pillar
2) 6, 15m. Climb the steep chimney, the more ice the better, to a chockstone belay
3) 4, 25m. An icy wall leads to a leftward slanting slab. © Rockfax
