Route can be started just off the path at the very bottom of the crag. Weave through the heather on the cleanest rock to reach the base of the better upper section where a belay can be taken if desired. The upper section is very pleasant and tops out nicely (there is no lower off) to finish on the large upper ledge from where it is possible to walk off left. Tree belay with care. The upper section can also be climbed independently although the belay, which is well off the ground by this point, consists of only one hanger.
