Sit start up Covid Crack and immediately move right, finishing matching the jug of Omicrons Overhang. Use whatever holds you like except the good holds at the top of the wall. Getting from Covid Crack to Contagion Crack requires either a big reach or use of some poor face holds, and is what makes this substantially harder than the R-L traverse.
