Crag features
Set just above the dry riverbed and in a sheltered location facing South, this makes a good winter venue, especially so for chilly days or when the cloud is down on the hills.
There is a good spread of grades from 3+ to 7b+ with most being in the 5c .. 6c range.
The base of the crag is a little overgrown but it's all still easily accessible, a pair of snippers might make belaying more comfy, and a bag to pack out some of the discarded plastic bottles and cans.
Route length varies from about 8 - 16m. A small bouldering area looks interesting too, complete with glued on rock holds! Most routes have been recently (2022/3) well rebolted. Extra routes have been added with no indication of name or grade (any information or details)
Approach notes
From the N-332 running through Gata de Gorgos, turn onto the CV-748 (signposted for Xalo & Lliber), follow this for 900m past a green painted house on right to a crossroads with Restaurante El Corral del Pato on corner, Turn left here and follow the narrow road uphill, after it swings sharply left, turn immediately right (narrow), parking is about 200m along here and on the left.
From the parking follow a promenade type walkway above the riverbed and head back towards the centre of town until steps lead down to the riverbed. The crag is about 100m away and will be obvious.

| This isn't the best of crags but worthwhile if the mist is down in the mountains. It is quite sheltered and the routes are relatively short.
The topo on the approach is useful but out of date and not entirely accurate as lines on the topo don't correspond very closely to names written on the rock. The given grades on the topo, as copied on this database should be taken with a pinch of salt and where we did manage to identify routes with any certainty seem to represent very 'old school' Spanish grading!
