Nant Ddu, a quality grade 1 ghyll scramble in Dyffryn Mymbyr between Pen-y-Gwryd and Capel Curig. The stream is crossed on the approach to Crag yr Haul, about 1km to the West of the crag. The scrambling starts above the dry stone wall, a detailed description isn’t necessary but a series of runnels, slabs and small waterfalls are climbed for around 500m to and just beyond the Miners Track. One or two of the larger falls warrant climbing around and not direct.
