βeta: Nice problem, done statically. Started with both feet on the foot block, RH on the arete, LH on the sidepull. Bumped RH, high right foot smear, left toe hook. LH reached for the top, matched and mantled. Felt more like a 6a+ done that way.

βeta: Use only hand holds on the right arete (and the chiselled lettering if of any use), eliminate the left arete and any undercuts, move off the foot break and make static moves up the arete, trusting very bad feet is more like the 6c version. I would say standing in the break and popping is about a 5. I wonder if the “no popping to the top at this grade” comment from the next problem was meant for this?

βeta: Good as a sit start as well. Don't use the left arete.

βeta: Dyno'd this in trainers. I'm guessing it is eliminate for 6c which I didn't do. Felt easier than the 6a on the right.
