Crag features
Located opposite the Morskie Oko hut, roughly 150m? above and right of the lake. A wide snowfield funnels into a gully (avalanche prone) to gain access to Jagiello Roj, the easiest line on the face. Description and topo on Supertopo.pl using google translate.
Approach notes
Walk along the right hand side of the frozen lake (or the bank if in doubt!). Flog up the snow slope. We traversed in from higher up after ascending the main path up, but I wouldn't recommend it unless the snow is consolidated.
Access Advice
Consult the avalanche guy at the hut if in doubt about the snow conditions. We climbed the route in melting snow. It was possible due to frozen turf beneath, which meant that snow remained well bonded at its base. Some small avalanches occurred down the approach gully during the day.
