Gets the sun for much of the day and although sometimes used by groups is normally quiet
There has been some recent development in a small bay to the L of the main area but most of the routes here (short, steep and hard?) have been 'dehangered'.
At a three-day junction turn sharp R (back towards the village) and follow the track which swings round to the L and into the quarry. Park here and hike the 10m or so to the routes.
They've even provided a picnic table....
Lovely secluded area for an evenings climbing. Little map in the new jingo guide made finding it fairly straight forward. ewanjp - 19/Sep/17 |

A pleasant secluded spot with short routes on good rock. Faces the south but there are bits of shade. Finding the crag isn't too easy, so follow these directions.
In the village of Culles Les Roches turn up Rue de l'Eglise and then into Rue des Roches (small pictogram on house). When tarmac runs out bear right and then turn right along a driveable track which leads into the quarry after about 300m. I found most of the routes we did hard for the grades given in Jingo Wobbly guide. Rog Wilko - 26/Sep/11 |
