Do not top out or make lots of noise as there are residential gardens close by.
Spoke to the (potentially new?) owner operating out of the building opposite, and he explicitly stated that they didn't want people climbing at this location due to 'insurance issues' but also stated he hadn't informed anyone of this as he 'had to register an account' to do so?

Walked past just to check to see if it was still accessable, and on return they fenced off the entrance in, so think the residents opposite aren't allowing access.
