The route starts from upper Narpuz Valley approached from Karayalak or Sokulu Pinar. Ascend Kizil Carsak (Crimson Scree) which can be covered with snow until late spring. Gain the col and start climbing the ridge linking snow fields or scrambling up the moderate slabs. The upper section of the ridge is rated at UIAA III rock climbing and exposed. The descend is through the same route abseiling from pitons when necessary.
