Climber on No Pump at Dhiarizos © Chris Craggs

Crag features

Excellent compact limestone sports crag. Heights up to 28m. Crag orientated such that it's always possible to find some shade - a good summer option!

Approach notes

From Limassol follow the A1 westbound past Aphrodite’s rock. Exit the A6 onto the B6 after passing Aphrodite's rock, and follow the B6 westbound. Take the turn in on the right, the F616, signed for Nikokleia, heading North. Keep right on the F616 for about 18Km passing through Fasoula, Mamonia and Agios Georgious. Note -The F616 becomes single lane at times. Pass the “Xtreme View Rock Café” on the right, Diarizos crag is 2km further on.

No Access Issues

Please respect any nesting birds in the crack to the right of Parthena on the easy slab or in the midway flake of Kalytechnis on the main wall.  Their existence should be quickly obvious, and likely occur April through May.  Birds in Cyprus have a hard enough time in the winter months (via the annual winter slaughter) without climbers adding to it!

Thanks to the contributors to keep the crag updated

Routes' grades are now updated.

Main sector easy sector grades are now completely bonkers after the UKC recent 5/5+ to 5a/5b/5c grade migration. Reality is that the only 5c route on the slab is Neraida.

+1 for the Extreme View cafe.

Extreme view cafe is well worth a visit as well !

Yep, this sport venue is top notch and very well managed with good bolts and permadraw at the top
RomTheBear - 16/May/13
Can't help think that the stars awarded to many of the routes is a bit on the generous side (subjective I know). Also, most of the trad routes have been retro bolted so don't really exist any more.

Probably some of the nicest limestone in Cyprus. There are plenty of grades for all tastes and the perfect place to camp out for the evening. Please pitch in to keeping the area clean and enjoyable for all!

Really nice crag, slabby and load of 4 and 5's on one side. Steep and 6's and 7's on the other side. Not too far from Paphos either about 35 minutes.
