There are bats nesting directly on route of Muskets Mantle as of 11/11/2023.
NOTE FROM CRAG MODERATOR: Access rope has been repaired - thanks Brendan! There is also an alternative route to the upper part of the quarry - a rough path starts more or less directly below the upper area
Right of Tentative steps is a stepped corner climb this past a tree and gain a block where a delicate traverse right leads to a strenuous pull up through the break to the chain.
(note: don't traverse too far right at the top as the rock here is loose - the rock on the route itself is sound)
