A pleasantly situated glaciated dome of granite/gneiss crag close to the road between Bessans and Bonneval-Sur-Arc. Climbs range from grade fours on the far right, fives in the centre and sixes on the left. All routes are well bolted, featuring interesting slabby climbing - often with steep starts.
The crag face west and is at an altitude of 1800m, it can be cool up here even in high summer. It takes some drainage after wet weather.
The parking is by the side of the D902 and is also used by the Via Ferrata - look out for the sign - the crag can be seen across the meadow to the right of the main road. The parking is three kilometres north of Bessans and is 38km northeast of Modane. Cross the meadow to the crag, just 250m away.
