Eldon Hole can be found on Eldon Hill north of Peak Forest. The gash in the landscape used to be feared as a bottomless pit or even Hell itself. It is still a dangerous place. Popular with cavers, not so with climbers. However, 3 adventure routes have been climbed and recorded on the obvious walls upper walls plus 1 multi-pitch from the very bottom. The stars are subjective - "beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
