The route takes the main gully on the north side of the mountain that leads to a saddle between the two obvious peaks. One must usually negotiate a large compact glacial block of ice at the base of the gully, but in recent years this has often melted out by August.
The climbing is mainly a grade II-III scramble with two or three short sections of VDiff. The easiest way off the mountain is via the Gran Encantat to the southwest from the the saddle, aka the Enforcadura Gap.
