At UKC we are all climbers and we understand the strong urge to be outdoors as the weather is finally improving. Please proceed with caution though.

Access Advice

There have been reports of climbers parking their vans by the road and staying overnight - this totally forbidden in Mallorca and could lead to restrictions!

The Rockfax App brings together all the Rockfax climbing information with UKC logbooks and presents it into a user-friendly package for use on Android and iOS devices.

Spain : Mallorca

The main guidebook to the climbing on the island for the last 20 years has been published by Rockfax and this new 2016 edition adds to this legacy with another blockbusting volume for the sun-seeking climber. The sport climbing is being written by Alan James and Mark Glaister, and the deep water soloing section is being written by Daimon Beail.

Rusty rusty bolts! Went to the lower sector, only some hard routes have been rebolted. Easiest climb is a tough 7a+

Maybe go to the beach or try some DWS if it’s too hot to sport climb on the south facing cliffs.
Dean177 - 20/Jun/19
The rock is not the best on the upper crag, it’s very powdery which means after a couple of moves your shoes end up with a fine layer of dust which makes it slippery. Not the best crag on Mallorca, but it is north facing.

Nice crag if you find yourself needing shade mid-summer, sun arrived around 3 pm.
